If you want to download a specific data set, you have to right click on the link and choose the option 'Save Target As'. The file will be saved as tab-delimited text, which can be opened as a spreadsheet in Excel or imported into other analysis programs.
The latest version of the Sebida dataset is Sebida 3.2 which was generated in August 2015. The difference between Sebida 3.2 and the previous version (Sebida 3.1) is that new datasets for brain and Malpighian tubule have been added.
